This error occurs after installing windows updates. Even starting in SAFE MODE – you can get this error.

When looking for application error fixes you have to pinpoint the problem first of all. You need to determine what kind of error message are receiving? Think about the kind of software you just installed before this error happened/what kind of system changes you may have just performed. Did you change any settings recently?

You can also do what I do to solve this kind of error – it is fast, cheap, and easy.

Step 1 – Download and install SpeedyPC

NOTE: If you have trouble with the download link you can get it from SpeedyPC’s Site Here.

Step 2 – Scan for performance problems

Step 3 – Automatically repair problems.

The software I used…

It doesn’t take a lot of time. You can click and fix with these types of programs. If you go to a reputable site, such as the one I used – you don’t have to worry about security issues at all.

What are application errors anyway?

There are many different exe application errors that can happen for many different reasons like: pc viruses, malware, faulty hardware, software conflicts, bad RAM, corrupt sectors in your HDD, registry errors, etc…

Important Information:

The way you repair pc problems can cost you a fortune or not much at all. Most people start by doing a quick search on the internet for new/affordable hardware solutions like: faster hard drives, a new processor, or more RAM. Before you waste a lot of your hard earned money, please make sure you’ve done your research. I have done the research and have a lot of experience in this area.

Why is updating hardware a bad “first step”?

Believe me when I say – hardware replacements are your last option – especially financially speaking. Spending a lot of money on hardware is not the answer to your pc issues. Many think this is the best solution and begin by jumping to this conclusion, but then after doing a little more research they find that using SpeedPC software is a much better solution – this software can change how your pc operates – completely! It is quite impressive with its ease of use and clean results.

Types of application errors you might see:

process (application).exe terminated unexpectedly with status code – 1073740972

A critical system process, (application).exe, failed with status code c0000354

The instruction at (application) referenced memory at (application), the memory could not be read / written

the application failed to initialize properly (application). Click on OK to terminate the application

(application).exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience

REMEMBER, the best and most affordable solution:

If you are getting pc errors, be reassured that a software fix is your best solution. You can easily fix this error through the SpeedPC software. Do this before you look at system hardware.

Keep in mind, running the SpeedPC software can take your pc from A to Z in a matter of minutes. Believe me, troubleshooting helps, but this software takes it to a whole other level. I highly recommend it.

Not a PC expert? You can work on your PC and get it back to normal running condition. Maybe you have recently added or changed new programs or old ones. Or maybe you have recently attempted to delete a program. If so – the information here can help you. Here is what you can do. Use a safe software to restore your system to the place that it needs to be to fix your problems.

Step 1 – Download and install SpeedyPC

It doesn’t take a lot of time. You can click and fix with these types of programs. If you go to a reputable site, such as the one I used – you don’t have to worry about security issues at all.

What are Invalid Application Paths?

They are system errors. You get these when there too many corrupt, invalid or duplicate files on the system. This can happen when your system mistakes a one file with the wrong one – this causes issues when you restart-up Windows. Don’t worry – this issue is easily resolved – especially with software.

Important Information:

Troubleshooting:

To fix this error, you need to uninstall the program that seems to have caused the error. Next, reinstall the same program again. You may not even know which program cased an error. If you aren’t PC savvy then you may find this task a little more than you are up to. Don’t worry – there are solutions.

DLL errors are annoying to say the least. There are many reasons you could be getting them. When you find that you are encountering a Dynamic-Link Library error – or DLL error – or some other related Windows 7, XP or Windows Vista error, you may ask what you can do about it? Just how could you track down the origin of the problem and be able to fix the problem? You will – with a little bit of Windows troubleshooting skills one can usually find the problem and fix it. If a Windows error of this type is troubling you, you can rest assured there are ways to resolve the issue. I found a software fix that works. I highly recommend it! This is the software I used SpeedyPC

Step 1 – Download and install SpeedyPC

NOTE: If you have trouble with the download link you can get it from SpeedyPC’s Site Here.

Step 2 – Scan for performance problems

Step 3 – Automatically repair problems.

The software I used…

It doesn’t take a lot of time at all. You can click and fix with these types of programs. If you go to a reputable site, such as the one I used – you really have no worries at all.

Um, what the heck is a DLL/DLL error?

In software applications and programs you will find a DLL – it contains part of the app’s instructions and additional data that may be required by an application/program. This is the way modular components are replaced/updated without updating entire applications/programs. DLL’s are used to share components with applications. DLL files are main components of Windows operating system.

Important Information:

The way you repair pc problems can cost you a fortune or not much at all. Most people start by doing a quick search on the internet for new/affordable hardware solutions like: faster hard drives, a new processor, or more RAM. It is quite impressive with its ease of use and clean results.

A few ways to troubleshoot DLL Errors:

Search the web for the error message you are receiving: Look for your exact error message. If you find results that are a very close match to the problem that you are experiencing – you are in luck. The information and directions you will receive, have a better chance of working. Follow the steps carefully to see if the steps work. In my experience you will find the exact problem you are looking for – information is out there – the internet is a wealth of information.

Programs keep track of folders and paths used in and by the program, mostly in the Windows registry. In many cases, these entries in the registry need to be corrected or cleared before uninstalling the program will work. You can the software I used to do this too SpeedyPC – it will remove the entries and then try to uninstall the software again.

REMEMBER, the best and most affordable solution:

If you are getting pc errors, be reassured that a software fix is your best solution. You can easily fix this error through the SpeedyPC software. Do this before you look at system hardware.

Are you getting error messages on startup?

If you are seeing a weird message when you are loading up Windows – this is an error message on startup. If it only happens once you should take note of it – but if it happens often – make sure to seek help. It could be many different issues that cause this to happen.

The usual issues:

Virus: If you have a virus – this could happen. Make sure to scan your system with a current and accurate virus software.

A driver won’t load: The driver could be corrupt or the driver control device is not working.

A file can’t be found: A driver/program is made to load when your Windows starts. Sometimes the file is corrupt or could be missing. In this case – you need to reinstall the driver/application. You can also remove the reference point (of the related device/application that has been recently removed).

I found a software fix that works. You can use it for this type of issue.

Step 1 – Download and install SpeedyPC

NOTE: If you have trouble with the download link you can get it from SpeedyPC’s Site Here.

Step 2 – Scan for performance problems

Step 3 – Automatically repair problems.
It is quite impressive with its ease of use and clean results.

Troubleshooting:

There are places that files or drivers are frequently told to load when Windows starts-up. If you remove the reference to the file itself – this can fix the problem – at the very least this will help find the issue – or narrow things down – follow these steps…

Startup Folder – found in your Start Menu folder) look for outdated/unwanted shortcuts. DELETE

Older programs can go to WIN.INI file (same line that starts with “LOAD=“). Open Notepad – edit this file. (Windows 95, 98, and Millennium)

Search your for filename; look in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ Run

Programs can be notorious for placing items where they are not needed.

REMEMBER, the best and most affordable solution:

If you are getting pc errors, be reassured that a software fix is your best solution. You can easily fix this error through the “INSERT BRAND HERE” software. Do this before you look at system hardware.

Do you have broken File Extensions?

If you run into this problem when trying to change the file extension of a file type but you are not able to – then you have FILE EXTENSION issues. When you use the regular steps to do this and find that it does not work – you may be surprised. When you right-click the file and click properties – you get an error. It is quite impressive with its ease of use and clean results.

Troubleshooting:

Open the Windows command line

Enter: Assoc .ext (this is to replace .ext with the problematic file extension.

It will then display .ext=name

Now type: ftype name=”path to executable”

write ‘assoc .ext=name’ again to finish the process if necessary

REMEMBER, the best and most affordable solution:

If you are getting pc errors, be reassured that a software fix is your best solution. You can easily fix this error through the SpeedyPC software. Do this before you look at system hardware.

Keep in mind, running the SpeedyPC software can take your pc from A to Z in a matter of minutes. Believe me, troubleshooting helps, but this software takes it to a whole other level. I highly recommend it.

Step 2 – Scan for performance problems

Step 3 – Automatically repair problems.

Remember the days when your computer was brand new? You didn’t have to worry about all those errors and your pc crashing. SpeedyPC can help you fix problems and bring your pc back to that new computer feel. With a single click, this software can safely scan your entire system and find errors that need fixing, files that need to deleting, and hundreds of other hidden problems that you would never think of on a daily basis.

Will using software take a lot of time?

Not at all. You will correct the issue and save time too. In minutes you will be able to get on to more important things, like actually using your computer instead of just trying to figure out how to fix it. But, if you’re the type of person who has lots of money just lying around – go for it… feel free to waste time and money replacing things that don’t need to be replaced at all. Remember, sometimes all it takes are a few tweaks to get your pc back on track. I know we all loveto save a dime. Let’s discuss the reasons behind this issue.

Many think this is the best solution and begin by jumping to this conclusion, but then after doing a little more research they find that using SpeedyPC software is a much better solution – this software can change how your pcoperates – completely! It is quite impressive with its ease of use and clean results.

Reasons why you receiving a lot of Error Messages:

Have you made changes recently? Try removing hardware that you may have installed recently, like a new printer (or try uninstalling any recently installed applications, like computer games) — see if that resolves any issues. Make sure your computer meets any minimum requirements that the hardware manufacturer or software publishers recommended — before installing anything new at all.

Computer Reboot: Do you leave your computer on for days or even weeks at a time? If you are, then you can count on temporary files will building up on your hard disk, taking up a lot of valuable space in your computer’s memory. This issue clogs and bogs down valuable pc resources. When you reboot, or restart your pc, you clear out these pesky, temporary files and greatly improve your pc’s performance.

Verifying system resources: People get pc’s for a variety of reasons: to send e-mail, to get on the Internet, to play games, to create word processing documents, and more reasons. Please make sure your computer’s RAM (or memory), hard disk size, and other key components are adequate to what you’re using your pc for.

Windows Live One-Care Safety scan: This safety scanner really helps increase your pc’s performance by removing any unnecessary temporary files and by cleaning the registry. It also fixes disk fragmentation which happens with normal use. This optimization step can really help your PC run much more smoothly.

Trojan horse: This is a program that is very harmful and contains hidden code that gets into your pc and is designed to exploit or damage your pc when run.

Worm: This is self-propagating and malicious code that is automatically distributed from one pc to another pc through any network connections.

Safe mode: By starting in safe mode – you protect your pc and open the door to further options. Normally, when you start your pc, Windows will load a large amount of data into your pc’s memory. In safe mode you only have access to the basic files and drivers (for example, mouse, monitor, keyboard, default system services, and no network connections) that your pc needs. So, the processor is running at only a portion of its usual capacity. If your system seems to be operating in a much faster speed – in safe mode – then one or more of your pc applications or drivers may be what is causing slow performance in normal mode. If you have recently added any new software or a maybe a new device – try uninstalling/removing what you had just added before the slowdown began- to see if your computer speeds up.

To start in safe mode: Start, Shut Down, Restart, OK. Press F8 during start-up. Safe Mode, ENTER.

REMEMBER, the best and most affordable solution:

Reasons why you get Uninstall Errors:

Uninstall errors are one of the most common problems if the configuration of the computer has changed. Try to make sure the pc configuration is the same as when you installed the software that caused issues.

The installation location can be a problem as well. If you have added a drive or changed the drive letters recently, that can be a big problem too. The same issue can apply to folders. If the installation folder has changed recently, the uninstaller will definitely have problems finding/removing the software.

Programs keep track of folders and paths used in and by the program, mostly in the Windows registry. In many cases, these entries in the registry need to be corrected or cleared before uninstalling the program will work. You can try using SpeedyPC to remove the entries and then try to uninstall the software again.

Are you suffering from a system crash?

If you’re lucky, it only ruins your day. You’ll probably be in for several bad days, weeks or months to follow. After all, systems rarely fail only once and it can get worse! Your PC will keep crashing until you find the cause and fix the problem. Don’t worry, this issue plagues many people. Who likes it when Windows Crashes? Not me. That’s why I recommend SPEEDYPC to greatly improve start up time. It’s quick, completely safe, and very easy to use.

Step 2 – Run Scan

Step 3 – Click Repair

Thats it your done!

Will using software take a lot of time?

Not at all. You will correct the issue and save time too. In minutes you will be able to get on to more important things, like actually using your computer instead of just trying to figure out how to fix it. But, if you’re the type of person who has hundreds of dollars just lying around – go for it… feel free to waste time and money replacing things that don’t need to be replaced – be my guest. Remember, sometimes all it takes is a few tweaks to get your pc back on track. And we all love to save a dime. Let’s discuss the reasons behind this issue.

What are my options?

The way you go about repairing your pc’s problem can cost you a pretty penny or not much at all. Most people start by doing a quick search on the internet for new and affordable hardware solutions like: faster hard drives, a new processor, or more RAM. Before you waste your hard earned money, make sure you’ve done your homework. I have done the research and have a lot of experience in this area.

Why is updating hardware a bad “first step”?

Believe me when I say – hardware replacements are your last option – especially financially speaking. Spending a lot of cash on hardware is not the answer. Many think this is the best solution and jump to this conclusion at first, but then after a little more research find the SpeedyPC software – this software can change how your pc operates – completely! It is quite impressive with its ease of use and clean results.

Reasons why Windows Crashes:

Hardware conflict

Bad Ram (Memory)

BIOS settings

Hard disk drives

Fatal OE exceptions and VXD errors

Viruses

Printers

Software

Overheating

Power supply problems

The best and most affordable solution:

If Windows is Crashing, be reassured that a software fix is your best solution. You need to fix your slow pc startup through the SpeedyPC software. Do this way before you look at system hardware. Using the checklist below is a good place to start – if you want to see what you can do on your own. This will only take a small amount of your time; be patient and walk through these easy maintenance steps below as well.

Here are a few trouble shooting steps:

1. Check for hardware conflict:

Start –> Settings –> Control Panel –> System –> Device Manager

Right click “My Computer” icon –> Properties –> Hardware tab –> Device Manager (Windows XP)

Right click “ My Computer” icon –> Properties –> Device Manager (Vista)

2. Bad Ram (Memory)

Enter the BIOS settings and increase the wait state of the Ram. This can make it more stable. Another way to troubleshoot a suspected Ram problem is to rearrange the Ram chips on the motherboard, or take some of them out. Then try to repeat the circumstances that caused the crash. When handling Ram try not to touch the gold connections, as they can be easily damaged.

3. Check for Hard disk drive issues:

Hard disk drives start to become piecemeal or fragmented in time. It is a good idea to defragment the hard disk every week or so, to prevent the disk from causing a screen freeze. Go to * Start –> Programs –> Accessories –> System Tools –> Disk Defragmenter

Some lockups and screen freezes caused by hard disk problems can be solved by reducing the read-ahead optimization. This can be adjusted by going to * Start –> Settings –> Control Panel –> System Icon –> Performance –> File System –> Hard Disk.

4. Empty the Recycle Bin

This must be done every week to free more space. Hard disk drives should be scanned every week for errors or bad sectors. Go to * Start –> Programs –> Accessories –> System Tools –> ScanDisk

The steps above are only a few of the trouble shooting steps….

Keep in mind, running the SpeedyPC software can take your pc from A to Z in a matter of minutes. Believe me, my troubleshooting helps, but this software takes it to a whole other level. I highly recommend it.

Reasons PC’s have slow Start-Ups:

• Too many programs run automatically during Start Up
• You could have a slow hard drive or a hard drive that is failing
• You might be low on memory
• You could have a virus
• Your computer can be bogged down with junk

The best and most affordable solution:

This will only take a small amount of your time; be patient and walk through these easy maintenance steps to see if Start Up time improves.

Here are the steps:

1. Clean out your temporary internet files – get rid of any unwanted files
2. Empty your recycle bin
3. Upgrade and run your antivirus program
4. Run a scandisk
5. Defragment your hard drive to get rid of any fragmented areas

If your Start Up time has improved, you have helped yourself out a great deal. Keep in mind, you can do all of this and still find that your pc is lacking in the Start Up area. Running the SpeedyPC software can take your pc from A to Z in a matter of minutes. Believe me, my troubleshooting helps, but this software takes it to a whole other level. I highly recommend it.
