Error 5 is one of the most common Windows Errors. The dll is a library of files that programs share in windows. The Dynamic Link Library.

Most of the time the cause of Error 5  is a corrupt registry. The registry can become corrupt by installing and uninstalling many programs files , or having a bad install of software. You can use RegCure to run a Error scan.
